All McDonald's no longer focus on customer service.The coffee was good, but seriously... is this the new" thing. Just chucking toasted sandwiches into the paper bag?? What happened to the baking paper

Stopped here 2 weeks ago. Terrible. Food was cold, toilets filthy and the floors dirty. Macca's used to be a good stop when travelling but not here anymore.

Ordered a caesar salad for take away, the chicken way juicy had the perfect amount of seasoning on the chicken and it came with dressing. Way much better then other places I have been to. 10/10

Whilst still not the best it was by far the cleanest MacDonald we have been to in a very long time. Tables and chairs suitable to sit on. Felt hygienic.They also miraculously had the thick shake machine working which almost never happens anymore AND it was delicious! Thanks for making a long road trip a little easier.

Unbelievable, we waited 35 mins for one Big Mac meal & one chicken burger. Never again. Sadly they had no idea. Many customers left. Chips were cold

They were very short staffed due to staff sickness and I was unable to wait for my order, I returned about 4 hrs latter and they remade it for me. Outstanding customer service in a difficult time
