Went into the Hornsby shop and was interested in the Baccarat products that were in the “sale” tray. When I enquired about the price was told by the young girl who worked there that they were not on sale that’s just where they were?? False advertising!

made a complaint about the timer not working and the cashier went nuts i think the lady was on ice or something mid 50s Karen looking extremely aggressive, its not the refund i was after hell i just left the trash timer on the counter and walked away, most of the junk here has a fake bloated price with an above retail price on big sale stickers. customer experience 0/10. complete trash store

the house was so accepting of me. it let me in and i enjoyed it, the house was so muscly and had a nice face. i delved in and found a mouse alreeady occupying the house

Store is cluttered. Went to cashier desk with purchase. Two employees standing there. As I approached both turned away and then had a loud discussion on why the other should serve. Eventually one of them did and the only things she said to me were the amount I owed and then asked if I would like a bag. No greeting or interaction with customers. I would just avoid it completely
