I was fortunate to have the team at GC Accounting guide me through the process of setting up my business, Thermotherapy Now. From registration to setting up the books, everything was done efficiently and I got personal tutoring in how to use Xero etc. All the follow-ups have been similarly efficient with genuine concern about doing the best for me and the business. I thought I’d spend the extra money on the expensive accountancy fees at GC accountant Lambton thinking they would be a better service than a run of the mill accountants. I was wrong. Not only were they extremely expensive but I got a worse tax return than ever before. Also they felt it was acceptable to charge me extra for having an investment property! It’s the same tax return! When I questioned the extra fees the receptionist told me I should be happy with the return I received .Unprofessional and expensive. Won’t be back.

Gary’s hard but fair can tell he likes to see young people succeed in there path. Carry’s a good crew of staff that have the same principles. The prices reflect no hidden costs.

I don’t know why this company has a high rating star may be most of them are fake or are asked to give the rating. Avoid this business if you can. There are many accounting companies out there way better and offer a much lower fee.

This company is a scam. They did the tax return without giving the quote and then issue a way overcharged invoice (page 2 on their contract has the term that benefits them -you have to pay the money even if you not sign the contract) which they didn’t notice you before hand. I didn’t hear from them when I asked them about how my tax return progress so I lodged my tax return myself. They insisted I have to pay for the service which is 460$ for a simple tax return. I was not happy and want to dispute they handed me over to ec credit control and I was annoyed and bullied on the phone with the credit person so today I made a payment not because I feel that I own them money but to teach myself a lesson that I have to research carefully and avoid filthy business like Gc accountant. I would recommend everyone not to involve with this type of company. I would give them minus star if i could.
