Amazing experience! Amanda is very caring and professional. She takes time with explanations and options. Amanda looked after Levi (my cocker spaniel) after he was diagnosed with a ruptured disk. She gave us hope when other vets couldn’t. Consequently Levi recovered well under her excellent holistic care. I have no reservations in recommending Amanda.

Amanda has been fantastic with my less-than-fantastically-behaved pooch. She is very thorough and her treatments have helped my baby (who is nearly 14) immeasurably.

After many months of trying to get assistance for my dog, it was suggested that Chiro could help her. I came across Dr Amanda and had a wonderful conversation from her reception team, Sandy, who uses Dr Amanda for her own dogs, rescues and is very much her biggest supporter. When the staff (ex patients) come on board and have a genuine honest experience, it sets the expectation, that maybe Dr Amanda can help.After a very much appreciated conversation with Sandy, listening to my dogs history, she was confident that Dr Amanda could assist, she came today, was professional, warmed to my nervous dog, almost immediately. She asked all very relevant questions to ensure she captured a full understanding, she did not hesitate to get on the floor to assist my and assess my 14 year old dog (who doesn't believe she is 14 and still active, other than her leg issue)Dr Amanda performed some Chiro and acupuncture for my dog, immediately i saw a difference in her stance, while we still have a while to go, i think this might be the answer that i have been looking for. Amanda is an excellent vet, being knowledgeable and practical. Her acupuncture and laser care of my old Staffy in her painful and stressful last months gave short term relief but unfortunately Denim didn’t respond well due to the nature of her spinal injury. When it became time to say goodbye, it was so comforting to have a mobile vet so her final sleep was in her own home, and Amanda was so kind and sensitive. Thank you Amanda!

Dr Amanda is a very kind and caring vet. She treated my wonderful fur baby Scully for many years. Scully had bad reactions to the usual non steroidal anti-Inflammatory drugs, so Dr Amanda utilised alternative medications and treatments to ensure Scully was pain free despite arthritis and major stifle issues. And when my 15 year old Scully told me it was time to go, Dr Amanda was there to help us both through that difficult time. Thank you so much. I highly recommend VETMACS.

We have used Amanda now for a few years for different reasons, and we cant recommend her highly enough. Having show dogs I am really fussy about how my dogs get treated, but now if anyone recommends a more holistic approach to their vet needs, we scream Amanda's name. My boy would have retired 2 years ago if it wasn't for Amanda bringing him back to tip top condition, and knowing exactly what he needed, and treating him and us with care & respect. We thoroughly recommend Amanda. We have used her for our cats and dogs and she has helped immensely with their arthritis pain plus general health and well being. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She takes the time to explain everything and is not pushy in treatment options. Our cats have both received acupuncture as part of their treatment and benefited greatly from it and our dog is getting laser therapy which is helping his arthritis pain.I have recommended Amanda to multiple pet owners and will continue to do so as she has helped us a lot.
