Shannon’s insurance organised Statewide restorations to come and remediate a mould issue at my home in Lismore.The boys were punctual with arriving.They installed 5 x dehumidifier and 5 x air rakes for 7 days.They were paid to clean mould - they did not do any of that!They were paid to come back and gas the house with chlorine dioxide they did not do that either!In short they were paid just under $10,000 to complete work where as they only installed machines for 7 days before taking off back to Sydney to never be heard from again.Moisture level tests were falsified by wetting concrete and testing moisture levels with saturated concrete compared to the other as they needed to leave machines there for longer but they didn’t want to as they were going back to Sydney after living in lennox head while they were completing other work.Do your job properly or don’t do it at all!!Be very wary before letting your insurance company engage these clowns!My insurance company is engaging another company and will be paying even more money to get the job done!
