I’ve been receiving Shockwave therapy with Dan for the past few months for an ongoing tennis elbow issue which has been pretty persistent for the past few years. The injury was affecting my training so much that I couldn’t do it without pain and had a loss of strength in my hand and wrist.Dan and the team have been amazing and the shockwave treatment has allowed me to get back to training at full-strength without pain which is something I haven’t had for over 3 years.The treatment, options and in particular aftercare is the best I’ve ever received from any Physio and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and thorough physiotherapy service.

Thankyou so much to the team as Spine and Sport physio! I had multiple soft tissue issues in my left leg that had been frustrating me for over 9 months and stopping me from running which is the sport I love the most. After time spent at Spine and Sport physio I was treated at the clinic proactively which required very few appointments, and prescribed a rehabilitation program which resolved the issue quicker than anyone else I had been treated through before. You are all amazing and I would recommend your services to everyone.

After having problems with chronic planter fasciitis for the best part of 20 years, and with no relief in sight, I visited Dan. With 10 months of treatment my feet had responded immensely to 60-70% improvement. He then suggested we try the Shockwave machine for 5 weeks just prior to Xmas, and WOW!!!! I am now at about 90% and can exercise and walk pain free for the 1st time in what seems like forever. Not to mention the staff are always friendly and welcoming.Love ya work Spine & Sport Physiotherapy.....⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way

I had a first massage with Tan at Spine and Sports Physiotherapy today. He was absolutely fantastic, he found all my knots and others I did not even know I had and worked specifically on these problem areas. I have been having massages for 20 years at other establishments and I can say this is the best I have had as it was so specific to my needs. I was made to feel very welcome and very comfortable. I was experiencing some pain and discomfort caused by scoliosis and lifestyle factors. The team were fantastic in providing treatment, stretches and exercises to help me get back on track. I’m feeling a lot more comfortable physically post treatments and confident with the knowledgable tips they have passed onto me. A friendly and caring team who I would highly recommend.
