Long term patient an very happy with my treatment

Doctors are amazing. Why does the receptionist hate people? Who hurt you? There is another clinic in town, KKure medical, much nicer to deal with the admin there.

Health staff wonderful. Receptionist has a rude demeaning manner. If you don’t like dealing with people go find another occupation.

I had appointment last November to see Dr. Waili after noticing a lump in my neck.Without the Dr. Waili’s persistence and thorough concern to get it checked out, I wouldn’t have detected the throat cancer.I’ve been told it’s a very positive outlook from it being detected so early, but without Dr. Waili’s insistence I wouldn’t have been in this position.Thank you Doctor.

Receptionist Staff is One of the most manipulative I have ever met across I wish i could give 0 stars.I had an appointment for 2:30 pm with GPwent there before 10 minsBoth the legendary ladies make me sit there and said will let you know when GP is availableIt was like 2 hours I was sitting in waiting area. Still in meantime patient coming after me going in first which make my mood Off, I have also booked my appointment I am not a walk - In Visitor at medical centre.When I went to ask to them when is my turn getting a rude response like “ We are busy If you want to visit GP then you have to wait or come another day “.Later on I approached receptionist and asked how long you want to sit me in waiting area and then she was like I will have a look Doctor is busy.In reality there were number of doctors available by the time.I waited for another 2 hours watching people going in before me although I had booked an appointment.Came in at 2:30 and went inside at 4:30Receptionist staff needs to understand meaning of Appointmentyou cannot make patient wait for 2 or 3 hours in waiting area even though he has booked appointment for specific time.Doctors are really GreatOne of the Best in Town.I respect themwhen I went inside Doctor said sorry to meI was like Its completely fineIts not your Fault.

the receptionist seem to not just hate life but hate people.

It is a wonderful caring place always welcomed at all times greeted friendly from the girls in reception and always willing to make sure there clients are comfortable . the doctors have always been very good to me and provided good and professional care

Dr Hudda MatrookIs a kind caring helpful doctor who always listenes to her patients and she is extremely empathetic couldn't recommend a better person to handle my medical needs.

Good people, modern facilities
