I had an electrical fire in my kitchen. They came out urgently to disconnect the problem and helped me have my power connected again rather quickly. The Electrician was professional, friendly, and caring. He even showed me how to use my switchboard correctly incase anything went wrong with reconnection by Energex.

Made a booking and they change it on the day. It was hard enough for me to get a day off work let alone to have another day off for a new booking If you are going to make a appointment, stick with it. We all don't have free time. This is why we make appointments in the first place.

This company is excellent. From the moment we contacted them, the level of communication and care was outstanding. Gavin was punctual, knowledgeable, hard working and polite. Michael was very reassuring and even though we contacted him after hours, he took the time to call back and set our minds at ease. We had just recently found out about this Company. Audem Electrical are on the Ball. Made an appointment . The Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. When the day came, I had a text to say they were on the way, which is always great to know and the boys arrived within the time slotted for us.They did an excellent Job. They were Polite and got the job done efficiently.
