Service was excellent from the time it was booked until it was delivered. The driver kept in touch with me to let me know time of arrival he was courteous and punctual. I would use and recommend this service to any one wishing to transport vehicles.

(Canberra) I felt my car was excessively delayed in transit. This was followed by multiple failed attempts to deliver, even providing the wrong car on one occasion. IMHO: very poor to non-existent communication, often providing contradictory information.When the final delivery occurred, they dispatched a truck driver with both the wrong house address and phone number. My car (on the lower carrier) was delivered with an oil/geese deposit of some sort on the bonnet.A staff member also acted in what I would consider to be a less than professional manner, after being unable to locate my vehicle. Which was very disappointing.

After reading various horror stories online of car transport companies, I nearly decided to drive from QLD to ACT myself but discovered Carways at the last minute. Their website states that they use their own trucks for shipping and are not brokers.I'll have to say that all went well and as expected. All the staff, from reception, pickup in QLD to drop-off in the ACT were friendly, courteous and very professional. The car was delivered in a reasonable time and arrived in it's original condition. I'd definitely suggest you give Carways a go.

The worst car transport company in Australia. I booked a car from Melbourne to Canberra on 6/2. False promises were made everyday that the car is leaving today. Which didn't leave from Melbourne until 12/2. Matt from Melbourne gave false details. Barney from Canberra had no way to track the shipment unless call Melbourne office. Charges taken to transport a car is more than 5 times a flight charge yo Melbourne. Steve the manager only was able to say I can't promise when it will arrive in Canberra.The worst service I've ever experienced in Australia.
