My enquiry seemed simple when I started ringing around, but after contacting what felt like every plumbing supplies joint NOR, no one was able to help and it felt as though no one wanted to help. Perhaps, because I wasn’t looking at spending big or perhaps everyone else didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. However, I rang Tradelink Wangara who were recommended by my plumber and Daniel who answered the phone was able to solve my problem easily. There were a few questions regarding what I was looking for and perhaps my lack of plumbing knowledge didn’t help, but he had an idea of what I needed and actually grabbed something off the shelf to email me some detailed pics for confirmation. Problem solved. He obviously knows he’s there to help people and he did his job well. Next time I need something, I’ll head straight there.
