Absolutely hopeless. Conflict of interest, all sorts of problems delayed settlement and we lost out in every respect. Now we are finding out that we also inherited some of the debts of the previous owner that should have been known prior to settlement. Either incompetent or unethical.

I employed Sandra Binney for my settlement and was very disappointed. She generated lots of paperwork and very little action and produced a big invoice. I guess that's what most solicitors do but leaves little faith in the law profession.
