Expresso Carwash

This must be the most annoying car wash in the city…First of all, the coin machine does not work.Secondly, most features in at least one of the cleaning bays does not work. Touch screen is basically not reacting.If you’re lucky enough to manage to get to your program, either water that comes out is dirty, there is minimal pressure or it is running a different program.Wasted more time and money trying to get to the right program which eventually didn’t work than cleaning my car.

I have seen who the owner isHe looks like he doesn't know how to keep a business going into the positive directionThis place needs another person who will keep things on topAnd also where the vacuum area is there is water leaking from the ceiling this will very very soon be a big danger to somebody's car or even to some personThis guy doesn't deserve to have this as he doesn't take care of it at all.Negative 10 as a negative feedback.Get another person to care for this business.

The only place I ever used my new credit card was here in the automatic car wash and it got skimmed, I know it was here because I never used it anywhere else because it was a backup card. Another time the change machine ate my $10 note but they gave that one back, still doesn’t make up for credit card skimming.

Was in the area for lunch and made the mistake of coming here. To start, the automated system is incredibly outdated. The machine took my $50 and didn't spit out any change, instead suggesting to speak to staff after the wash. I did exactly that and the staff member advised me they didn't have the $25 change on site to give me and told me to come back 4 days later when the manager was in to get my change. Clearly unacceptable since I dont live in the area and dont have time to travel into town just to get what already is rightfully mine. I tried to convince the staff to find an alternative way to pay me back but every option I offered they refused. Eventually we settled for exchanging numbers and a promise that I would be reimbursed on Friday (its currently monday) once the accounts people have looked over it. I also asked for me receipt back incase that didn't happen to which they refused. Definitely wont be coming back and I wish i checked reviews before using their service. Horrible business plan.

I may not have a car of my own but when i do borrow my house-mates car, i tend to repay the favour by cleaning it here at Expresso (Ain't i such a nice flat mate!).Expresso is a 24hr, self serve car wash that (to be honest) is so much fun! I love that you get to choose the type of wash and use the high pressure super soaker (Dang! That thing is so fun!) to clean your car.There are only two self serve sections available so sometimes you have to wait a while, but while you wait you can use the $1 vacuum to rid the car of pesky dirt built up on the bottom and seats.

Not the worst car wash in a pinch, may be open during hours others aren’t. The machines seemed like the could of used a service of some kind though, and judging by how full the bins were, I’m guessing this isn’t the best serviced car wash. Our experience was fine enough, but your mileage may vary.

A major disappointment place bringing lots of gold coins as the machine is still broken and coin slot is taped so it’s not getting fixed anytime soon. Owner has a decent car. Avoid this place. The place is falling apart. Take your own coins as the coin machine hasn’t worked for months and asks to visit seven eleven next doorAttempt visit 8/5/23 and coin machine is not working and turned off and taped coin slots. This car wash should be shutdown. Not “premium” at all. None of the hoses had pressure at all. The employee working did not care for a single customer. Coin machine not working either. Just feels like a scam to get you to use the automatic car washes. Absolutely useless car wash

The automatic car wash has significantly damaged the paint on the bonnet of my 2017 corolla. Through the clear coat. This will not buff out as I have tried a small area of the damage and it will need to be repainted. The website doesn't work, and they have yet to answer their phone.If the owner sees this review I highly encourage you to get in contact with me.

Carwash not working as usual, no high pressure. I spend 20$ to wash my car myself but not clean as it should. No one at the carwash to fix it. I don’t recommend it!
