After visiting many bad salons and ending up with terrible hair, it was incredible what Cassie did and could accomplish. She did the most amazing job on my hair, I’m so in love. Thank you so much.

This is a fantastic salon. Excellent hairdressers who are very skilled and take great care with their work. Would definitely recommend!

Would NOT recommend, I would leave a zero star review if I could, but one is the lowest I can give.I went to get a toner and a treatment on Thursday last week. At no point did I suggest or ask for a colour change, but that it what I got.I went in blonde and came out a brunette. I had even showed the stylist a picture of my hair from 4 weeks earlier fresh from a colour to show her what colour I wanted it toned to. I also told the stylist that I had spent the past 6 month going blonde slowly so that I wouldn't damage my hair too much.When they dried off my hair and I saw what she had done I felt physically sick. When I complained that it was too dark, the hairdresser told me I was wrong and that it was the same level. As you can see from the pictures below, it is a completely different colour, it's brunette. When I again pulled out the picture of my hair and the colour I requested to be toned to I was then told that it was not darker at all and it was just the lighting. The hairdresser offered to strip the colour back, but I did not want to damage my hair - after all I had just spent 6 months going blonde to avoid damage.I paid for the service and left, I could not wait to get out of the salon, I was totally distraught and felt like I would burst into tears at any moment.When I got home I had a better look at my hair, both inside and outside in the sunshine. It is totally hideous. It is a completely different colour.I called the salon back to again tell them how unhappy I was with the colour change, I asked if they had any gentle colour remover- she said they did not. She told me to wash it a few times and it would be fine. I felt llike my complaint was completely dismissed and disregarded.I have washed my hair a lot since the appointment - at least 15 times over the first 48 hours, and a couple of times each day after that, now is a putrid mustard colour - I have booked in to have it fixed with somone that knows that they are doing.I later left a review on their facebook page - Their response? Nothing. I think their high star rating is a bit suspicious now. Buyer beware!

Absolutely beautiful salon if I could give them 10 stars I would, the staff are so lovely the salon itself is clean and calming and the hair results are beyond amazing! Definitely recommend!

I had an appointment with Cassie last week for haircut. This is my first time going to this salon as my usual hairdresser is no longer available but I was very impressed. Cassie was super friendly and professional. I love my new haircut. Thanks so much for squeezing me in last minute :) won't go anywhere else now.

LOOVVVEE!!The whole team are so friendly and always provide such a nice experience. I’ve been seeing Jess @ LDL for sometime now and can not recommend her enough for fresh, super light and impacting blonde with no damage from over processing. Each time she goes through throughly what we will achieve while keeping my hair healthy and hydrated. It’s getting thicker and longer with both in salon treatments and an at home routine she has put together so I can do my part in the process of keeping it that way. I am just so so happy with her and how much thought and care she puts into it.A true master of her craft. Thankyou for being amazing!

A great salon with a lovely team. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had by Freyja. She was knowledgeable on what my colour needed too. Highly recommend!

Before going to design line (left)After being at design line (right)I hadn’t had my hair done in over a year, the ends were mainly dead, dry and overall it had no style. Freya my hairdresser was amazing (as you can see) and I could tell she was confident in her skills of bringing life back to my hair. Can’t thank her enough! xNot to mention the whole salon had a good vibe with lovely people who seemed to enjoy working there. Affordable pricing too! Definitely recommend Langwarrin Design Line, I’ll be back in future for sure. Thanks guys!
