Adrian did a fantastic job with our backyard tiling makeover. There were several height issues with the concrete foundation that he worked his magic to ensure the end result looked a treat. Easy to get quotes from , communicate with & after sales service was exceptional . Adrian is very talented and by far a master in he’s trade . Terrible business owner. Couldn't commit to a date after accepting a tiling job. Disgraceful communication. Would never answer a phone call, never return a call r text messageMight get an email or 2 a month. Never answered any questions. Completely blew out my bathroom reno. To say I m frustrated is an absolute understatement! I found another tiler with superb skill and communication. I felt as if I had to leave these feedback after the poor service I received as I am a tradie myself. I never leave negative feedback, however don't want anyone else to get caught out.

All was well and the quote accepted. However ghosted me upon trying to confirm a date for completion. I called and SMS'd initially, no reply. Waited two days, remessaged, no reply. Waited 1 week and messaged again, no reply. Terrible customer service. Can see from another review below this is not uncommon. Would not recommend.

We hired Adrian to do the tiles for our kitchen, bathrooms and decking area. Adrian is hard working and attention to detail. We’re very happy with his work. Highly recommend you!

I could not be happier with the work Adrian did at our place, we got the whole ground floor re-tiled.Adrian did an amazing job, he has a very good eye for detail and the job was completed on time and to a very high spec.There was a significant lead time before before Adrian could start the job but that was all discussed during his inspection and quote so we knew what to expect and we're glad we waited for him to have capacity.We both love the floor and you should be proud of the quality of work, months after you finished I'm still so happy every morning when I come downstairs and see the transformation.The final price was exactly what was discussed and quoted which was a nice finish to the whole process, no hidden extras!
