I was fortunate to move into a lovely rental unit with my partner just under a month ago and have been very pleased with the property manager, Tass Roussos.He’s very responsive to emails and has been professional yet personable when meeting with us, even arranging for specialist cleaning products to be provided by the landlord.After a negative experience with another real estate agency, it’s reassuring to know that Tass is approachable and available to help if we need.

Just found out they illegally charge us for moving out. We explain them that my partner was going through a difficult sickness and no longer could pay rent, and they charge us to move out. Now I found out, that's illegal. This agency doesn't care about tenants or the law. So if you're an unethical landlord, this may be the place for you.

Bonny Gowty has been an excellent Property Manager so far during my time with Hockingstuart St Kilda.We've recently had tenants break-lease early and Bonny has been on the case; organising inspections and reviewing applicantions with great communication.I'm interstate so having such a stellar agent on the job has made the process much easier. Yesterday I had purchased a property at Auction via Margaret Duncan and she very much deserves this testimonial. On her only day off during the week Margaret returned my call answering all my queries and even confirmed settlement period which I had requested being outside of the norm. Her communication is clear and respectful. Due to months of searching for a property I have had a number of dealing with agents and some don’t return calls and manner disrespectful. Margaret Duncan is an exception and whether you are buying or selling, I recommend getting in touch with her. Thanks Margaret for your help, empathy and professionalism.
