I found the staff at Accom Terrigal and Accom Avoca office helpful and friendly. Their responses to questions about the property we stayed at (Bush Beach Hideaway) was timely. The written information provided was useful. In terms of the actual holiday rental at MacMaster's Beach, it was suitable, mostly clean, pet friendly; it does need some additional utensils and furnishings to make it more comfortable, and the Accom team invited us to give feedback about this. A good experience for our Easter Break in 2021.

House was unfit to rent. Down stairs bathroom flooded when rained, mould through house. Windows cant close shut. Back deck falling apart. Thick piles of dirt swept under rugs. Then you dont get bond back because they accuse you of doing damage that was already therr.Accom are the biggest theives and scammers. BEWARE

We have been accused of burning the synthetic wood table on the outside 'deck' which we did not and wonder what burnt it!We are being shafted by ACCOM people and it's going to cost an inordinate amount of money, it was good until this dishonest claim.BEWARE.Take lots of photos on arrival.
