I was in hervey bay on holidays and my NCM Moscow would not turn on. I took my bike to adrenalin cycles to see if they could source the problem. It turned out to be a faulty display unit. They had a spare unit and even though i didn't by the bike from them and it was the last day of warranty they replaced the unit at no cost to me. What better service could you ask for, thanks

I bought my bike from Royce and he was so helpful and helped me get started with all the accessories I needed! And as a bonus I get a free service 6 weeks later which I think is great! Highly recommend this store for all ur bike needs

Great Cycling shop and has always been top notch for the countless years that i've personally been visiting. Great range, quality products and even better knowledge. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the market for a new Mountain Bike etc. Highly recommended, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went in to buy a new helmet for my son and I, didn't even get out of the carpark before seeing that both were damaged and needed to be returned, was also charged a $5 card fee for a $300 purchase to cover expenses" which I needed to argue in order to have refunded along with the helmets. Ended up going to Giant and got actual knowledge

Great service. Bought my daughter a trek marlin 6 and have also had some repairs to other bikes I have. Can't fault them. I needed a rear shock sent away for repairs and they did a fair bit of hunting around to find the best place to send it. Very thankful for the extra effort they made and will happily continue to use them in the future. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice work guys.
