Very disappointed with the insurance company, does not really cover anything even when paying top dollar - Highly recommend look else where for insurance - feels like a scam.

I found them helpful doing a claim once i spoke with them on the phone don't think much of doing things on line I'm old fashioned that way . Road side assistance is good very polite in both cases

Located inside Westfield Woden on level 2 next to the Revolution CD shop (opposite end from the Coles & Woollies end).Can do International Driving Permit on the spot. Cost is $39, same as online application. Requires a passport size photo. If you don’t have a photo they can take photos for you. Photo costs $10 if you’re an NRMA member and $15 for non-members. If you supply a photo that meet requirements the process to get an IDP should take about 10 minutes. The lady who did my IDP was friendly and efficient.Would have rated 5-star if there were more smiles.

I am a member, Just rang them, I was upset, not rude, the person that answered my call was rude and hung up on me before I could access further services for another car I own. It was a poor result for me (a share holder) and a poor result for nrma.

Long story short, so much easier to speak to someone with a pulse than pressing numerous numbers trying to achieve payments. Great service from James, thank you.13/5/225 Stars this time for similar reasons of the previous review. Ringing the branch is so much easier, especially for some of us old folk!Thank you Jamie.
