A transformational, holistic leadership program that facilitates accelerated growth and learning through self-reflection, detailed examination of adaptive leadership tools, and a unique opportunity to apply these tools via the community action project. The GLF provides excellent speakers across a range of topics including social justice, economics, education, health and many more. I loved that all topics were directly relevant to SA. I really enjoyed networking with professionals from different sectors and learning from and with my peers- this and the connections I formed is what makes this program so unique. I loved every minute of my GLF journey!
