Fast, efficient and reasonable. Replaced my iPhone 5s screen in less than 15 mins. The shop is located at ground -1 level just next to the North Sydney platforms.

Yuki was amazing. They could not fix my phone in the time frame i require so they found another ( competitor store ) for me that could meet my needs. This kind of integrity is pretty bloody hard to find these days . I cant rate their ability to fix a phone , but if they are willing to forgo business and help someone out of a bind i cant imagine they would be anything but awesome. Thank you guys so much you saved my arse today.

I Googled. I found IresQ. Wayne repaired my Sony mobile phone very promptly. Excellent & efficient service. Wayne ordered the replacement screen at lunchtime Monday. He did say that it may not arrive till late Tuesday. That was fine as I work a 12 hour broken shift. Wayne texted me, Tuesday afternoon to say the new screen had arrived. Wednesday lunchtime the phone was repaired. I enjoyed a great Thai meal while I waited. The selection of eateries is fantastic here. Great service not just from IresQ but from everyone in Greenwood Plaza.

Rubbish product - I have broken 1 genuine Iphone screen in 6 years in tough conditions, I thought that I should try a non-genuine repair. This was a mistake as it only lasted 3-weeks. The glass is not toughened and not suitable for normal conditions (ie glass cracks and edges wear from being in your pocket). I notice the phone gets unusually hot as well. The store was not at all understanding nor helpful once I reported my quality concerns. This service and product is not worth the bother.

Took my iPhone to my provider as it was not charging properly, after 10mins of looking at it they told me it was a hardware problem and I needed a new phone.Instead of just buying a new phone like i normally would do I thought I would get a second opinion. On the way to the station I spotted iResQ and thought I would pop in and see what they thought. Waited a few minutes whilst the guy patiently helped an older customer with her phone.After looking at my phone for less than a minute the legend behind the counter had it fixed.On top of that he would not accept any payment and not even a coffee, totally restored my faith in good old fashioned service.Thank you and keep up the good work!!

Don't do business here. Over priced and absolutely incompetent staff who cause more damage than repair.I took my phone in for a simple screen repair, and they charged me the exact same amount for the repair as what a a brand new phone of the same model costs. They quoted me 20 minutes for the job. I was still waiting after over an hour and a half, and as far as I could tell, there was no work getting done, they were both just chatting with friends who came by. Worse than this, when I (finally) got my phone back, the camera was excessively blurry and unable to focus at all. I brought this up with the staff and was told that it was just a bad quality camera and already like that, suggesting that I had no idea what my own phone is supposed to do. Because I had so much time wasted here, I was already late to work, so I figured that I could come back later In the week to resolve the issue. Later that day the camera stopped working all together. Certain that they may have accidentally left some wiring loose, I took it back In and explained the situation (to the same staff members as before) and they quoted me an hour for them to look at it. After waiting they told me that there is nothing wrong with it and I'm actually supposed to squeeze the screen very hard at a certain angle, position and pressure everytime I want to take a (excessively blurry) picture, suggesting that this is 'normal' for a phone after repair. This business is utter nonsense.

Went there to fix my iphone screen and got a quote 1.5x the normal price which didn't bother me given the location, asked if the screen was genuine which they replied was and the price was according to that but when I went there 3 hours after to pick up the phone they asked me if it was ok to put a different coloured screen ( a black one even though my phone is white and genuine part would be white ) after the screen got replaced another 3 hours later it was ok until later on that day I've realised that little pressure on my screen would turn my screen off and to use my phone I have to hard reset it every time. Also this happened during Australia day so I had to wait until the store was open again and if it wasn't enough after taking my phone I've accidentally dropped it and cracked the screen which gave them an excuse to blame me for the condition again. Anyways after arguing I got my screen replaced for free which should've been under warranty as the only thing that was cracked was the screen protector. But besides that now my phone overheats ( mind you the battery got replaced 3 months ago ) and the screen doesn't pick up everything I press, so the screen that they've replaced seems to be a cheap replica. I wouldn't even recommend going to that store even if it's something urgent. Their prices are expensive, customer service takes too long, cheap materials are being used and it's an hassle to deal with their owner as he doesn't seem to care about how good or how long a job takes.

Great service and located right next to the station, I had my iPhone and iPad repaired, here with no issues and it was all done during my lunch break.My phone had a cracked screen and an issue issue hearing phone calls, both issues are completely gone and it is like I have a new phone again.The staff was very friendly and they were patient enough to explain the different types of screen protectors and cases available. I will visit this shop again.

These guys were amazing! They gave me the best service I’ve ever had at any kind of repair place. They were honest, kind, professional, and went the extra mile for sure. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Truly bad experience. First made an appointment for 6pm and when I got there the store was closed despite confirming the day before. Very rude and unprofessional. When I did come back although my phone screen was repaired within 30 minutes they have ruined my phone!! The touch system is lagging badly and is extremely frustrating. So annoying . Don't go here.
