It was more important for the the radiology personnel to stroll over to coffee club at 9.05 and leave people simply waiting around so i could only assume they had been there since 4am.Any type acknowledgement would have been nice but I suppose that went out the window with there level of care and professionalism treating people with disrespect and making people wait much longer than nesessary. They perhaps need to re-evaluate there goals and Patiant care level, people aren’t there to book a holiday but a safe and caring place to go in times of need dispair and compassionVery disappointed with the Burpengary QDI

Very friendly staff that make you feel at ease.

Good level of care while there however on two occasions I have called during the advertised operating hours and received an automated message stating i called outside of business hours and referred to the website.

The staff at reception are so helpful & accommodating. Tracy always goes above & beyond & makes every patient feel special.Sonographers often change but on the whole very good. Especially Travis, he is the most thorough, diligent professional. He found a condition I had been suffering from but has never been picked up. Thank you guys, you are amazing

Some of the best and friendliest medical staff I've ever dealt with! They were fast, made me feel incredibly comfortable and had me back on my way home to rest within 15 minutes of my appointment. I'd never had an X ray before today but it was quite the pleasant experience thanks to the fantastic staff at The Queensland Diagnostics Imaging at Burpengary! Thanks team!
