If your restaurant closes at 10pm, then close it at 10pm! If customers come through at 9:45pm, don't ignore them and hope they just go away.Was told they are sold out of everything" - no doubt a standard response while they clean up early to go home sooner. If you stop serving and turn off your headsets at 9:30

Ordered a LARGE box of chips and gravy. Total cost: over $10!! The chips were $4.95 so over $5 for a little gravy, which I refused. Once home the chips were in a box so small, complete rip-off. Never be back there again.

I ordered a giant feast and a bucket. First the chips were not fresh and unsalted, was supposed to be 18 nuggets and got 14, the sauces were not in the bag, neither was the colslaw or the drink. We had to return to the store to get those. It was supposed to be an easy Mother's Day treat. Not a happy experience. Paid about $100 but was not worth it. Won't be back!!

Daughter ordered a BBQ bacon stack, burger box.Burger taste like it's been cooked in old dirty oil. Instead off having BBQ sauce in it, she ended up with sweet chilli.I had an original chicken burger which also tasted like it had been cooked in old dirty oil, chips also tasted the same as the burgers.The serving window and fridge door, were filthy dirty, with greasy finger prints heavily covering the glass.Bio hazard !!My stomach churns to think what the kitchen is being kept like.We drove through.I hope the manager gets this message sooner rather than later.

Simply look at the size of the burger it's roughly the diameter of the small potato and gravy container and we know how small they are.When did they shrink so significantly?Then look at how wafer thin the chicken is...absolutely not a fillet like advertised and definitely not as shown in pictures.It is disgraceful and further proof we are getting ripped off.KFC who I've loved my whole life has lost me unless they return to what they once were and stop ripping off Australians.

Arrived at the drive thrue to be told before we order anything that there's no buns or bun like options... the person who served us wasn't very aware of his surroundings and may have something to do with what he previously smoked. He continued to mess our order up completely. Seriously, kfc, I think you should just close this store down, having looked at the reviews for this store

I love the amount mistakes they make, at least they are consistent.During the day the full time staff are amazing & don't often make mistakes ( hard to get a burger wrong )Night time though omg just ... drive to Butler!Seriously..I do love the online specials that KFC promotes & love lining up to order to be told thats an online special only, But this stores online ordering system is always unavailable! Bahhaha, then the Eftpos doesn't work, or they have sold out of everything chicken related by 8pm & won't cook more, such a welcoming experience. I highly recommend driving to Butler or Banksia Grove instead, Joondalup is pretty mehPictures are the last order we picked up from Clarkson, nearly $50 *deal* chips less than 1/2 full, no care taken with rolling & breading the legs correctly. 18 pieces of chicken gave us 9 wings, 3 legs & 5 big pieces, original recipe ended up going to the dogs bowl as the oil was old & chicken was disgusting. This is the experience you can expect for ordering for your family's dinner A+ for no effort. Ended up having to cook food for the family like a peasant instead after a 60+hr work weekThank You

Chips in both boxes totally under cooked. Nuggets cold and damp. Chicken in burger dried out and not good quality. Not the first time is has not be up to scratch but this time ridiculously bad.

Don't normally review fast food but KFC Clarkson do a great job. Always fresh and not slapped together. Fair play and credit to the team. Also, cost of living crisis and yes they made a huge profit however KFC have not increased prices. That's awesome.
