Solar Bridge

I have just finished an install through Solar Bridge. They provided a very competitive quote and a professional install. William was very very helpful and made sure that the install process gone very smooth. He made follow up calls and made sure that the solar is connected to the grid. Panels installed to the roof within one week after signing the contract was a pleasant surprise for me.Thanks Solar Bridge Sydney team .

I have just finished an install through Solar Bridge. They provided the cheapest quote in comparison to other providers for comparable components.However, it took over 25 phone calls to get this job completed and communication was a big problem for us throughout the process.On the bright side their contracted installer was fantastic.

One of the worst company's I have dealt with . lack of communication and when they installed panels and inverter did not comply with Ergon regulations' so Ergon issued a defect notice on their work . contact with installer who said get a local electrician to recificty their non compliance . and now in court to get Solar Bridge to repay work to comply with Ergon regulations .Avoid at all costs

Stephen was very helpful and guided us for thorough calculations on our inverter and solar system. He has very good insight and understands the questions correctly to provide solution.

Not saying this company is a scam. make your own choice. Signed up and paid for a deposit in late. November was told install will happen. Second week in January. 6 and still has not got Solar Panels. Have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions. Sales person that I was dealing with has now put my phone number on block. Do not answer. I’ve even tried re-signing up to try to get another sales person to contact me all to no avail. Like I say this, I wish I never ever gone with this company.

Price was excellent and the installers got the job done quickly and professionally. However, it the entire process to install and get connected to the grid took 6 months. I constantly had to follow up to get updates as there was no proactive communication. I had to threaten cancelling the installation on a couple of occasions as I’d had no communication and was beginning to suspect this was a scam. Once installed, my emails were ignored in relation to the grid connection. I was told Solar bridge would handle this but I ended up having to action this myself due to a lack of action and responsiveness on their behalf. If you want a good price, go with these guys. If you want professionalism, go somewhere else.

Price was good, install was good but we have one broken panel and they won't return my calls to arrange a repair

Stella and Stephen were very helpful, as were the installation team. Being in a regional area, it was a long wait for the installation. But aside from that, I am happy with the service and product.

Just had our 6kw system installed and the installers did an amazing job which we can't fault. Super friendly and really tidy job.The sales team on the other hand are pushy to nearly the point of harassment. I get they have a job but if we had to install again I would use a different company just because of this.We did also go with solar bridge as they were meant to have the quickest install time of about a week but it took nearly a month to get the solar installed.
