Requested a pool inspection on a property prior to purchase. The customer service was excellent and communication was brilliant. The real estate company were less than helpful in allowing the inspection to take place, but the swimart team persisted and managed to get us a full report on the pool condition. For an affordable sum this report saved us more than $9000 as the pool was in a less than satisfactory condition.We cannot say enough good words about the service these guys have provided. Very polite and prompt service.

What absolutely lovely people. I went in to buy a new pool pump and talking with them about my current pump, they knew exactly what the problem was going to be and showed me how to fix it. I ended up bringing my pump down to have them fix it for me. Less then $70 bucks for the parts and labour. Saved me heaps of cash. I had been to 4 other pool shops around the area to get quotes on new pumps and these were the only ones that offered me a 'fix it's solution. Very happy. This has just become my new pool shop. Thanks.

Great local business. I have been a customer at Swimart Capalaba for 15 years and they have always been reliable and friendly. They have always provided great advice and for a pool newbie when I started they were invaluable.

Bought a house that came with a pool and have limited knowledge on how to maintain it or what to do when problems arise. The service at swim mart is excellent. They explain things clearly and always give us advice on how to fix issues with our pool (even if the fix won’t make them any money). Because of this when we need a new part, pump etc... we always go to them as we feel they deserve our business.

Had a pleasant experience in store. Booked in for a home service, the pool technician David was thorough and very informative. Very good experience at a great price.

Steve and Fiona at Swimart Capalaba are fabulous to deal with - responsive, friendly and caring about their customers. I couldn't be happier with the service I get from them on the phone or in-store The guys who come to look after my pool, I can honestly say I feel they treat it as if it were their own and they get massive bonus points for their attention to detail and they are fantastic dealing with my dogs as well. I've dealt with 3 other pool maintenance companies in the past - who ranged from okay to dreadful but have now been with Swimart Capalaba for many years and they are 5 star excellent. I'm not likely to ever switch to another company and have recommended them many a time in the past and will certainly happily continue to do so.
