1) Book ahead because they are popular2) It’s not cheap but the quality is worth it3) Support a local family buisnessLast year we purchased a tired old Windsor Windcheater caravan and the first thing we did was take it to Dan’s Caravan Repairs for a quick inspection and quote. Dan was very helpful and he clearly knows his stuff, the team are obviously popular because it took nearly 2 months to start the work. This was perfect because I needed to cleanup the underside of the chassis and then Dan took care of the rest; new tires, new electric brakes, new shock absorbers and new wiring to the tow plug that was all neatly routed and secured to the frame. Dan went the extra mile and painted the old springs to match the newly painted black frame and also made suggestions on what work we could “easily” DIY to save some money on the next stage of our renovation.Speaking of money, this wasn’t cheap (for us anyway), but it was worth it. Replacing 20 year only tyres and having strong electric brakes paired with the REDARC Tow-Pro Elite, already in my Hilux, we knew our caravan would be much safer to tow and take on family holidays.Highly recommended! Really impressed with the whole team at Dan’s. We have been on the road for four months and booked ahead to get the van serviced whilst we were travelling through Perth. The guys were all super helpful and went the extra mile. They literally couldn’t do enough to help us and check out all those random little things that need fixing. Even managed to squeeze in a last minute request to weld a new bracket to the A-frame so we could move our jockey wheel which I am sure kept them there after hours - legends and just super lovely team! We are very happy with the friendly service from Dan and Staff.We have had several repairs done on our van over time from Toilet Pump,Gas Fridge and Gas Struts and each time have had quick reliable friendly service.

I had Dans install my Solar panels x3 2x Lithium batteries elect jack and van Camera..I am really happy with setup as have been off grid for18 days and not needed to start gen once .Also fitted grey water ..

Did the job as much as I can tell. I would recommend that you find out what you get for the $495 basic service and get a firm quote for any work that actually is being done. The hourly rate is 120 for any work that is done and every job will be billed individually. We were billed to replace a battery on the brake away then billed again to replace it when it didn't work. Not really a way to create good will. I have only written this review as advice to others to avoid bill shock.

I found Dan very honest, helpful and knowledgeable in addressing a few issues with our 2021 model Jayco caravan. Would recommend this business to any caravan owner who has/is having issues with their current caravan service centre.
