I will never purchase from this store again. I have given too many chances, but it appears only the customers are polite. Staff here are rude, do not greet you and will literally roll their eyes if you ask them for assistance. I asked for a receipt and got a humpf and an eye roll, and it’s not just the young staff either. Why have staff who seem less than impressed if they need to perform any customer service. Honestly have never been to a Newsagency with so much contempt for their customer base.

I have had a few negative experiences but today was by far the worst. Shopping for school supplies and the young girls couldn’t answer any of my questions or help find what I needed, I now have a upset little girl with no school supplies. There was also a elderly lady that asked for assistance on finding something and they just kept pointing in the direction which she still couldn’t find, after asking 3 times the young girl rolled her eyes and stomped around the desk to go and get it for her. If you don’t wish to deal with the general public, do not work in retail.

I go here often to buy magazines etc. Usually friendly service. But today the one who served me was rude for no reason. A friendly smile and polite service wouldn't cost you anything Mikaela

Out the front of the store are bins full of paperbacks and sins saying 6.95 each or 3 for 17.90. I choose 6 books. After waiting 4 minutes to be served (because lotto comes first) I was charged 40 odd dollars. Two books were labelked 7.95, and althogh there were multiple copies of each in the bin, they are not part of the advertised deal. I understand the sign states 6.95 each and they are marked 7.95, but i suggested removing them as it was confusing and i got a roll of the eyes and ignored. Lucky they have lotto to make their money because they aren't in the sales business.
