They have great products, and it's usually not too crowded, their pricing is also a huge plus. Their catalogues are a good Heads up on what's coming, but sometimes they put the stuff out a day early so always good to check in advance.

Aldi Greensborough Plaza has generally ,good competitive prices. Potatoes, bread, and cheapest frozen fish are cheaper than Woolworths. Their $1.15 soymilk tastes pretty good too. However sometimes you have to really search for what you want.

Thank you to staff member Maddy when I thought a catalogue special item wasn't in store she told me how to search the item online. I went out the store to do this and she came out to inform me a customer had the same item in her trolley, so we went back in the store and Maddy helped me find it. I don't normally shop at Aldi but lovely customer service.

Nice store, bright and spacious, but don't park outside if you intend to be using a trolley. The Coles staff don't do their job in clearing the trolley bays and lazy and inconsiderate shoppers dump their Coles trolleys in the one and only Aldi trolley bay. Which results in a lengthy walk back to Aldi to return the trolley. I need the exercise or I would've forgone the $2 in the trolley.

Always has the cheapest groceries, but Coles is getting down there now. Aldi specials are very good if u want / need them. But they are a bit easy to buy on a whim. But at Aldi you can return no questions asked. Especially if there is a problem with an item. Always best to check your purchase that it works, but has 60 days to return it.

There is a staff member who can be defensive and rude to customers. Her name starts with R, maybe Rihannon. Her name escapes me however he attitude is appalling.

Lined up, bought groceries and then presented attendant with broken food processor we needed to return. She sent me to another counter where that attendant asked us to line up again (line was very long). I had my 2 and 4 year olds in the trolley waiting with me and this really just seemed a way of getting us to go away. We did.
