Office 3564 Cafe & Wine Bar
Excellent coffee. Everything on the menu is as good as it looks and sounds. Service was faultless with polite and friendly staff and probably the nicest spot in town to sit and enjoy breakfast. Didn't make it back for lunch but will be certainly keeping it on the to-do list. Will find it very difficult to go anywhere else in future.

Lovely spot for brunch. The chai was delicious. Efficient service. Lovely helpful staff. Was here for the Riverboat Music Festival and found this place for brunch. Luckily it wasn’t busy. It has a nice vibe with the option for inside and outside seating.

We stayed in Clocktower & this cafe is on site. Had a lovely breakkie & good long blacks. Setting is good & staff are great.

Needed some breakfast before heading home to Rushworth. I enjoyed a great soy flat white and a very good chia pudding with berries! They were extremely busy with very few outdoor tables available. Outside was fine as the temperature was rising at the time. Friendly service with smiles included!

Have to admit my first expectations were rather mixed as I gazed apon the menu, both the limited choices and their prices had me worried. However the speed that both my coffee and meal were served threw me back! Exceptionally fast!My coffee was superb and my meal was huge! And the taste just wanted me to come back for more! I give thanks to the friendly staff for the experience.

It was my birthday week . We thought we would book a “luxury “ place to stay a couple of days. I am afraid luxury was a word that was used very loosely. Yes it’s a lovely building and with that comes some compromises, but luxury, I never felt it. We were asked what time we would arrive as it’s not a 24hr reception. Not a problem ,we arrived at the time we stated. No one met us. We wandered around wondering how to get in. We went to the door that said reception. Rang the bell, knocked ,no answer. I googled the phone number and a lady told us that door doesn’t get used (?) she would come around and meet us. She was lovely and showed us our room saying she doesn’t normally do this, David normally handles check ins etc. so to cut a long story short, the place was very clean, BUT , that’s about it. the heating was pretty ordinary in the room and in Echuca in the winter it needs to be great. I sat inside with a puffy coat on for three hours before it was warm enough to take it off. There was two Doonas on the bed one didn’t even have a cover on it , one light globe in the bedroom wasn’t working and one was actually missing in the bathroom, the shower door doesn’t fit properly which means you have to jam it into position. The toilet gurgled randomly at all times. The towels were big but very thin,and old in need of replacement, it was advertised with cable tv and flat screen in every room. Nope didn’t get that. No actual bench space in the bathroom which meant my bathroom toiletries had to sit on the floor. The bar fridge was just sitting on the carpet on the floor. The door to the room was near impossible to lock and unlock . I watched my partner get down on his knees and try to unlock the door for 10 mins .Too bad if there was fire and we needed to get out.Did try to speak to this David person when checking out , but he wasn’t interested , he told me he had customers in the cafe . I did say what did he think I was, as I just spent $360 to stay there.So end result ,if you want luxury , this place doesn’t come close. Do not waste your money ,give it to someone who actually cares about quality and service.

Service was a little slow on the public holiday, we were offered water but the team was then too busy to bring it to the table. The holiday surcharge of 22% is higher than expected. But the food and atmosphere was great, would come again on a regular day.
