Tried to return a faulty item . So called manager refused my requests, raised her voice at me , spoke down on me, taunted me as I was leaving , refused to honour return policy and belittled me in front of other customers. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

I like the health food and natural remedy side of the shop. I've never been a big pharma fan and always choose healthy natural remedies. Having that advantage and perhaps even helping people see the natural side to healing could shift people's awareness which could only be a good thing.

Bateau Bay WholeLife is a very innovative store with all your usual pharmacy products and services but with an added very large health food range! Great customer service and loyalty program.

I can’t express enough how unprofessional vaneeta is with her staff, belittling and degrading them in front of other staff members and customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a owner. Won’t be long before she has a law suit against her for bullying.

Today was a miscommunication with a young fella and myself but after returning to the store I spoke to Liz the pharmacist on today and was properly explained to me turned things around.I have over the time had some issues with wholelife Pharmacy at Bateau bay but I can say Liz was a sweet wonderful person who cares for people and has given me faith again in this Pharmacy.All I can say is Liz keep up the good work as you are a loving caring person and any Pharmacy would be proud to have you but please stay with Wholelife you deserve 10 stars.

A pharmacy and health food store filled with experienced staff including a naturopath. The health food range is comprehensive with fantastic vegan options both in the fridge / food section and through out the store in beauty ranges and personal care. Prices comparable to supermarket with a much greater range for all your healthy eating and cooking needs. I finally found my quinoa flakes and coconut whipping cream !!

I walked in to this pharmacy today and approached the counter, I asked for 5mm B&D ultra fine insulin pen needles. As a 33 year old male and a type 1 diabetic, pen needles are needed for my insulin pens. The attendant walked off and whispered to another staff member who then both whispered to what looked like the head pharmacist. This was accompanied with looks over their shoulders at me. I was then approached and told “sorry we only sell sharps to diabetics on the NDSS”. Wow.... other than a diabetic, who else would request such a specifically detailed request for a brand and size of diabetic insulin pen needles? These arent even syringe type needles that are used for other reasons, they only fit on an insulin pen that is prescribed to a diabetic.To this I responded “I am a diabetic, who else would request something so specific and unusable by any one other than a diabetic?”My order was quickly hurried along and sent on my way.This chemist needs to run some training for their staff on not judging a person simply by jow they look, which in my case is a 33yo male, slim build, well dressed individual. Local diabetic groups will hear about this and be advised to stay away.

Wow, will never shop here again, 45 minutes to wait for a script to be filled is not on. Also, the script only got filled because I asked how much longer it was going to take and heaven forbid, it took less than a minute.

Requested an over the counter medication suggested by my GP for an eye issue and was denied by a tiny brunette pharmacist playing god !!!!! Obtained medication at very next chemist lol.Reply to response: Sorry I thought this was Australia where basic health care was a given. The medication was chlorsig so for your pharmacist denying request was just an outright power trip.
