My Vizsla has been using this facility since he was 4 months old and he loves it! My experience was very positive. Highly professional and very accommodating staff.

My dog was attacked. No responsibility acceptence or sorry from the Kennel. He was taken to the vet (of course extra charge for the trip to the vet and back) He was half treated. Poor Max having another operation today.I tried to make phone.calls to check on him only the answering machine comes on. Left a few messages.We haven't heard from them at all. When I mentioned about not being able to get through to anyone I was told they triage the messages. Means they heard my messages and didn't bother to update me.Not happy

Our beautiful Lilly comes here everytime we are away. She gets very excited when we arrive. The staff love what they do and it's obvious. I don't have to worry about her when she's staying here. Thank you for making it easier for us to go away.

They took care of our dog Marlo when we went for a long holiday Dec 2021 including some daycare and they have been absolutely awesome taking care of him especially since he is reactive to other dogs. I highly recommend them. And is confident leaving Marlo again with them coming our next holiday.

It can be difficult leaving your fur babies when going on holidays, and although it was, we knew they were in the best care, which took such a huge weight off our shoulders!This is easily the most luxurious retreat to have your dogs stay. This is our go to for sure!The minute you walk in to drop them off, the professionalism is second to none. Attention to detail is outstanding and the staff don’t miss a beat.Our girls were paired up with a few friends over their time and were thoroughly entertained the entire time. Comfortable couches and beds, a tv, indoor/outdoor temperature controlled area is ideal, although the biggest stand out is how caring the staff were and how closely monitored our girls were.They even received a summary of their stay and toys. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you so much ♥️

Left our pooch here for 3 nights and we were really impressed with the facilities and service.They told us that they upgraded his room to the luxury penthouse which was a nice surprise and he came out super excited and very well groomed, smelling nice too. We loved that they gave him a bath as part of the overall package.The welcome pack and hand written report were nice touches too!We definitely recommend as a great place to leave Fido when you're down on the Mornington peninsula.

Our boy Cruz comes here for his boarding and stays when we are away on trips. The staff are very friendly and have an amazing attention to detail. The facilities are also phenomenal and our boy always enjoys the activities and programs put in place for his high energy personality. Great business that have even a greater staff. Will always recommend for those looking for a place for their pups/ dogs.

This was our first time leaving our little boy Sketti with other people, and we could not be happier. The service from the get go was excellent, Sketti was so comfortable within the environment and loved spending time with all the ladies. He was actually a little sad driving off but had settled back home well. This is the place for anyone who wants the best care for their fur babies xx Thanks again team xx
