Sue was absolutely fantastic at Koala Living in Bankstown. Her customer service was exceptional and assisted my partner and I with our enquiries. She was able to source the dining chairs we needed as soon as possible. Would highly recommend Koala and there lux furniture.

Jerome was an excellent staff that helped us a lot. The online customer service team was rude over the phone and he helped us. He definitely deserves the best addition to a pay rise.Had such an amazing experience with his help.Will definitely be back again.

Visited koala shop to confirm my delivery, team member Sneha helped to finalise everything, super great experience. Staff is well knowledgeable.Sneha also have great interior skill.If you are not sure what to buy speak to her.She has great customer service, will not disappoint you.If you visit koala living shop, you need to visit their Bankstown store as they have a whole range of floor stock items with a great price which you can take home immediately.

Clearly a large amount of the reviews for this company are fake and have been paid for by a third party to cover up the 1 star reviews. We ordered our bed November in 2022 and was told it will be delivered in 2 weeks. It’s March now still hasn’t been delivered, with the company not even able to give a solid date when it will arrive or where it is in transit. They now have stated mid April to early May. I suspect this company runs a drop shipping model where they don’t have items in stock and they only order the item from china once it has been purchased to save on Factory storage costs, at the cost of its customers satisfaction. A joke of a business! Shop else where!
