I had a prolonged niggling in my leg after a fractured patella. Due 1st injury I just used local Physio as I could not drive . Once I could straight to Phyxt. Cat fixed in 2 sessions .. it wasn’t fun but Cat is one of the best in her field !!

Love this place. Love the staff and love how they make me feel. Well I don't love it when it hurts but that comes with the territory and it always makes me feel better afterwards.Not once have I left without feeling improvement and I would not be upright without this amazing crew.Cannot recommend Cat and the team highly enough!

I highly recommend Phyxit Physio. I went there with a 8 of 10 hip pain. Matt was an amazing profesional and he made a plan for me that worked so well that now I can drive and be sitted for longer periods of time without getting pain. I loved the idea of an structure plan and to work towards a goal which worked well for me. I can't thank you enough MATT!! and also, thanks to all the staff that were always welcoming. :)
