We have been using them for a few years now since moving to Melbourne even though we now live 40mins away instead of 5mins.We now have another gorgeous rescue, Lucy and the team at Our Vet South Morang are so kind and loving towards both her and Elton. Not a great experience. Hard to trust on the upsell for blood tests during consult, where I was told 24 hr turn around and never recieved the results or call to say all good from his bloods. First and only appt was consult for medication to relax for grooming. Amount of medication given was not enough for his size. Very costly appointment including the bloods for young healthy cat. Vet also gives outdated commercial diet advice for cats (saying dry food only). Tried to arrange second appt for grooming under sedation and was told a separate appt for consult was needed first ($90 alone) and then only after consultation could they book the groom which would be in quite a few weeks due to availabiloty. I understand this is how some vets operate but for a cat that doesn't travel well it just isn't feasible or efficient. Managed to find a more accommodating vet I'm very happy with.

Amazing experience, cannot thank them enough for their care towards my dogs. Tamara the Vet nurse is an amazing, caring and a highly educated nurse. She has been absolutely fantastic since my very first day I brought my puppy Bella. Tamara and the team have been consistent and caring towards my pups. Tamara is a huge asset to the company, thanks to her I am a loyal customer and put my trust in her and the team. Thanks again.

They staff really care and looked after our dog for her first dental surgery and we were very well informed about every part of the process with a full report given to us at pick up with an explanation of all medications as well. Also received a few follow up calls to check on our dog to see how she is recovering! Very happy with the care we received

The vet nurses here are absolutely divine. They are ALL thoughtful, sensitive, discreet and each of them puts their heart into how they deal with the animals. I know that when I have to leave my pooches in their care that they feel as safe as they can possibly feel while at the vet. The nurses are absolute angels. You cannot get any better than the staff here.
