Rylan recently did a building inspection on a property for me and I was blown away at how effortless the process was. He liaised with agent to book in a time, was able to accommodate me with very little notice and followed up once he had sent the report through. It was so nice that the process was stress free and Rylan was so knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who is thorough and experienced.

Rylan from All About Building Inspections was professional and communicative. He organized directly with the real estate to inspect the property and had the report back to us within 24hrs. The report was written in plain English (no building jargon), detailed and included photos and diagrams. Rylan then followed up the report with a phonecall explaining the report and answering all our questions. I’m very glad I came across Rylan in my searches for a building and pest inspector, I read all the reviews before making a booking and can say they are 100% accurate. From the moment I called Rylan for assistance in getting an inspection done he was so helpful, he communicated with our agent to get a booking in within a day and the report was sent through the afternoon of the inspection being completed. The report was very thorough and clear to understand and Rylan was very helpful in just clarifying a few bits of the report for me.
