Service department staff are brilliant. Cannot fault these hard working guys. The team of workers have gone above and beyond my expectations. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic work they did on our Ranger and i have no hesitation on recommending this service department. Thankyou so much for your attention to detail.

There is a saying if you have nothing nice to say then don't say it. But on a positive, Ford at Harvey Bay are very good with vehicles and customer service and are not that far away from Bundaberg.Thankyou for your response. However I did put in an official complaint with Ford Australia and to your office also. You should have picked up the phone to speak to me. I had requested a phone call back on numerous occasions from you and it all fell on deaf ears, I never received a phone call from you. For you information my vehicle was found to be faulty and dangerous to drive, everything I said another dealership found immediately and my vehicle is under warranty.

Second time buying a new car through coral coast ford, both experiences have been amazing and sales team and finance team have been extremely helpful, thanks again for all your help and I will definitely be back next time I need to upgrade.

I was kept informed during the build and delivery process (9 months). The handover was well done with phone connectivity, Ford App and controls all loaded and explained before I left. Warranty and serving info was delivered at the handover. During the sales process I was shown a single cab ute but because I bought the double cab chassis the camera and sensors are missing. That left me a bit disappointed but I was informed before committing to the contract. You must be aware to add that cost to the car when shown the purchase price.

Bought a car over the phone pending looking at the car went up to the dealership Wednesday and the car was as they side it was. The team was great to deal with. And a special thanks to Jarred for showing me around the car and doing a great delivery

Shame I can’t give these clowns zero stars2 week old ranger with a warranty issue and these clowns didn’t want to know about it because they didn’t sell me the vehicleI walked out and will never go backUPDATE . after the response below from this dealer I did indeed call the general manager and after a discussion agreed to do another 400km round trip to get the issues sortedWell that was a waste of time as my following review will detail and it appears the manager wasn’t actually interested in resolving my problems but only contacted me to get me to change my review as within 5 minutes of the service dept scheduling my return visit he was on the blower to me asking I update the review to which I declined .
