A very clean and well-organised layout. Lovely staff, lots of fresh produce and pantry supplies. Toilets are close by as well.

Very helpful at checkout. Nova, with a smile voluntarily lifted heavy items from my trolley to scan them & then put them back in the trolley. She was so happy and carefully packed my other things. I congratulated Nova on her fine service and asked to see her manager to inform her of Nova's service beyond normal. The manager came, I told her about Nova and then she asked if I needed help to get the trolley to the car.Well done Woolies at Arena.

Customer service still top shelf. Very friendly and approachable staff willing to help always. Good to see specials back on. However can't believe how certain items have almost double in price. Olive oil from $9 to $16. Corned beef from $6.50 to $8.20. May have to start looking elsewhere or revise what we buy.

The store is set out different from other Woolies, which is unusual. It is clean, which must be said in its favour, however it is understaffed, checkouts 8 deep, with shoppers and four checkouts unopen?? More so a complaint to Woolworths as a whole rather than this store. How is anybody in a wheelchair meant to manage, their shopping with the new paper bags, you can not hang these on the back of that wheelchair???!

Five stars simply because Kyle was on checkout and is sooo much more efficient than the other checkout people. If I see him on checkout I always go through his even if the line is slightly longer it will be quicker. It’s ridiculous how slow some of the checkout operators are at arena. I don’t know Kyle, but I made sure to check his name today so that I could leave a review.

Friendly customer service. Very open and spacious. Ample parking. Easy access from car park. Access to other stores during regularly business hours. Available seating within complex. One of best Safeway stores that I seen and utilised.

Its alright but theres not enough bakery rolls or hot chicken products. They always seem to be out or only have 1 dodgy one left...Imported goods are everywhere in the store.

Great place for groceries and foodies, they even have a post office, medical centre and a servo (besides McDonald's) near the area.
