My partner and I were reccomended Nick @ Jim's Building and Pest Inspections by our mortgage broker and we couldn't be happier with the level of service, detail and genuine customer care that Nick puts into his work. He has gone above and beyond for us in the past for which we are really greatful. The reports provided are of an excellent quality and are clear and consise; whilst also going into a great level of detail. We have found that Nick has been able to pick up things that have been missed by other inspectors. I would comfortably reccomend Nick to anyone looking for that extra peace of mind prior to purchasing a property.

Nick provided an excellent and prompt service. Due to a cancellation Nick was able to fit our inspection in within 24hrs and we had the report that evening. Considering the property is located in Williston, you can’t ask for a better result. I attended the inspection and was able to ask some questions which was a nice opportunity. I highly recommend Nick Delo of Jim’s Building Inspections and would use Nicks service again if and when needed.

Nick completed a building inspection for us in Highbury, SA on a 1993 home. He was able to be on site at short notice to accomodate the inspection occurring within cooling off and provided his report same day. Nick was thorough and helpful - offering opportunity to ask questions after reading report. Very thankful that he identified some issues for us prior to us progressing including water leaks in the laundry and ensuite.
