Cody and Jamie were amazing and supported us through a long and tedious recovery process. Their advice was impecable and their prices were extremely competitive. they are poorly trained and do not know anything about pool care except how to clean it .. be aware they are not trained in pool care .. Great to see you got some good reviews.. but the facts are, first your Junior run the pump at its maximum output and as you are aware my pump was fitted to service a pool three times the size of my pool therefore no need to run it at its maximum output. Secondly your Junior did not know how or forgot to set the timer and just left it to my wife to manualy turn on the pump on and of each day as She also did not understand how to set the timer. I have no problems with the effort your Junior put in . As I am restricted in movements I am unable to complete these tasks myself so for years I have trusted you to have my best interests at heart . I paid all my accounts within a week of your service including those after the one in question. I think I was entitled to check my account when informed by you I had missed one service payment , once that was done I payed it immediately.Your actions and comments in your reply to my complaint are so typical1. withdrawn your services, not true. I changed companies who are running my equipment at the right level to suit my pool needs saving me a lot of power and wasted chemicals. pool is now problem free.2. verbal abuse to your staff , also not true but typical of you ,never happened, your staff done their best.3. To mention the Justice Dept.. A shameful desperate and disrespectful bid try and discredit me. nothing to do with pool service at all4. This problem should have been resolved real easy and between you and me and not involving your staff, they done what they are trained for, also not involving my personal life, nothing to do with the Justice dept.. Good luck for your future ,hopefully your clients will check out other options.

Jamie came out today to install a new cleaner for us. It's working perfectly and he was lovely to deal with. Will definitely contact him with any pool issues in the future. Would highly recommend ☺

Great service, Kate even went back to get a pump so we could drain the spa

We ordered Balboa air blower, arrived quickly so no problem there. The blower itself is so loud, the one we replaced that was about 25yrs old wasnt as loud. The blower is not recommended is you need something that doesn't sound like a banshee.Update. The help we have received from Jamie has been fantastic, we have upgraded the blower. Would recommend this company for your pool requirements. Thank you Jamie
