Krystal was very caring and helpful in my hearing test. She explained fully and ensured I understood.However, subsequently I found out that I can't answer my mobile with my hearing aids, I can only hear it ringing.Also I'm unable to control my streaming (audio books) using my hearing aids.It can be done on an iPhone but not Samsung!

I highly recommend Krystal Allen and her team from Ihear Caringbah for hearing tests or anything related.Today my son who has disabilities was able to complete a hearing test, as a direct result of Krystal Allen’s expert, gentle and professional guidance.Krystal and her team from Ihear Caringbah made my son and I feel welcome and confident in their expert care.I highly recommend 10/10
