Mirage hair and beauty Parramatta

Had a wash, cut, and blow dry. I asked for layered shoulder length and was happy at first. The blowout was gorgeous. After I washed my hair for the first time, I finally saw the actual hair cut. The layers are uneven and blunt. It looks like someone went in without care. I look like I'm wearing a chopped up wig.I also only later realised I was overcharged. They sold me a jar of keratin treatment for $35 and the service was listed at $85, but they made me pay $130.I went here due to the good reviews so I want to share my experience as caution to those considering their services.

Owner is an absolute star. A very special THANK YOU for doing my hair You did an amazing job with my hair, and I just loved how I looked. I have very thin hair and it was my first time doing anything with my hair. Amazing experience, great service even after a week. Somehow my hair turned yellow after 2 wash and I called salon, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I came back to salon next day and got absolutely complimentary redo of my hair. You are amazing. I am glad that I choose Mirage for my hair color.

Had a haircut & Full head foils done recently and their service was simply superb. Michael and team has recommended suitable hair cut & color based on my hair. Whole team is perfectionist in their work ,Very friendly in nature. Simply amazing & great service.Each penny you pay is worth.I highly recommend this place. I am sure they will never fail to make you happy.

This is my go to salon every time I need to refresh my hair. Everyone here is so lovely. Dany was my hairdresser of the day and her service is beyond. I feel very relaxed in her company and her skills are top-notched. 10/10 would come back for the quality services. The pricing is also affordable compare to other places in Westfield and around Parramatta.

The girl that works at this salon was so lovely. She knew I was stressed about a botched hair job from another salon and immediately took me in. She fixed my hair showing exactly what she was planning to do. She did an amazing job with my hair so I have so much respect. Fantastic customer service

Mirage hair salon has always been a great experience for me since the last couple of years. All the staff are very professional, courteous and lovely. Eddie worked on my hair today and it was a wonderful experience and I'm very happy with the results. Annie has always been my hairstylist and does an amazing job eveytime. Great staff, reasonable prices and professional customer service every time.
