Coles Hervey Bay, always good, easy to shop, plenty of selection, prices have gone up but then so has everything else since Covid.The staff at both of our Coles stores in the Bay are always cheery, helpful and make shopping easy when you need to ask where something is, they direct you to exactly where you need to go.

Grrrrr, they are getting more and more self checkouts in this store and it make me mad. I do not work for coles so employ more people and set up more checkouts and keep Australians employed..

We've always preferred Coles despite living in a street with a different supermarket in. Lately though each time my partner been there the quick checkout not open. Friday being extra bad, he waited ages though they apologised. He doesn't use self checkout.Hes thinking of giving it a miss now.

Customer service is sadly lacking. Was served by a tall teenager this morning & there was no smile, no thank you, nothing. He definitely did not want to be there. If you don’t want to serve people, don’t do the job.

Great store, very well stocked. Much better than Maryborough Coles. Don't shop much at Coles as they tend to be more expensive than Aldi and Woolies

Okay last Saturday I got billed for two cokes but only had one coke and few things but this Young woman who was serving me at time said i had two but all I had was one coke n few items so now I'm going back next Saturday and talk to her manger

Just the fact that far less people seem to shop here, at the times I am there at least (10am or 5pm), is a huge plus for me.Usually always stock on the shelves, not massive lines at the checkout and can get served straight away at the deli most times.They have their busiest times I'm sure but this has been my experience.And Coles is right next to the side access to pialba place which is a awesome convince to get groceries to the car without a huge march through a entire shopping centre comparedto the other coles.Bakery on site and good range of pey by weight nuts and dietary products.

A product we were charged for was incorrect..... and the staff actually refunded the product and gave the same product to us at no charge..... Happy Days.
