Had to post a parcel here. First Lady that serves me wasn’t overly friendly however the next lady that saw me when I had completed the paper work was very lovely. Parcel got off and was received with no issues. Handy location for when your heading to the beach. I can often park right out the front or across the road.

Friendly staff. Located opposite the Crowne Plaza. Some parking available on the street. The public mail box is located outside the post office - the mail box is cleared at 4pm on weekdays. This post office offers full service. The post office is located about half a block away from the main Terrigal CBD. This post office is wheelchair friendly. No pens available for customer use during the COVID-19 pandemic. This store has implemented COVID-19 safety initiatives. #Terrigal

No disabled parking and very little parking in general.I’m at home most of the time and i’m constantly finding nobody home to sign slips of paper stuffed in the screen door and to pick up from the post office.These slips are pre filled out the post office so they don’t have to carry the parcel .Yesterday my doorbell took a picture of the postie taking a picture of where he stuffed the the slip in the door. I despise australia post.

I have been into Terrigal post office multiple times and absolutely LOVE dealing with the staff. Megan in particular always strives to meet the customers needs and I personally feel as though she and the team at Terrigal go above and beyond to help me in any way that they can. Such lovely people to deal with!

Sadly our local post office. Not one to rate low, but service is not good. After refusing myself to collect mail, ( that was ok as rules are rules) however today my partner goes to collect with drivers licence and they refused to find the parcel, saying they couldn’t find it. Now we have to wait another week to collect which in the mean time, it will be sent back! Un believable about the lack of care or help! I am never one to complain but come on... CUSTOMER SERVICE please!

As of the 6/01/2018 they are no longer open on Saturdays. Which is a pain as everywhere hasn't had their new lack of Saturday trading hours updated. Like on Google, or on the actual Post Office (there is a note sticky taped to the door saying they are now closed Saturdays). Added to the slow delivery of mail, this just makes getting a post office box at Erina and driving there a better option. I normally have to add a week to any letter for delivery that I am expecting to receive.

Back in December both Liz and Rebecca helped ship my international packages. We chatted (it takes longer to process intl mail), I told them about our recent move to Terrigal, how lonely this holiday season felt away from family and friends, with limited opportunities to meet new local people due to the ongoing Covid restrictions, especially hard for our two sons. The following week we received a care package from the Terrigal Post Office Team full of biscuits and candy, along with a nice Christmas card. So kind and thoughtful!! Completely unexpected, brought us to tears. People with golden hearts work at this post office.

Had a parcel to pick up after it was clearly marked to leave at front door if no-one was at home. Meghan explained that they cant leave parcels I told her that I have parcels delivered from this company regularly and they are usually left without a problem. She then told me that if I didnt like it I could stick it. Meghan is a very rude person who clearly needs a lot of customer service training. I try to avoid Terrigal Post Office but obviously cant sometimes. Terrigal Post office is a very tense place to visit and the staff are just plain rude.
