Motel was fantastic, the owners are very friendly and the staff as well. Everyone knew my name which was very impressive. It was really nice as I am a solo traveller. The room was clean and massive with a queen and 2 singles in it. The motel has 2 pools at it, I did not swim in either so I can not comment on them. It’s a short walk to airlie strip of 15 minutes. The airlie lagoon is very impressive, I was surprised at how big it was.

Pros: The staff were all very friendly, the free breakfast was a nice perk and the bathrooms were pretty nice. It was also nice they had microwaves and mini refrigerators in the room.Cons: There were quite a few maintenance and upkeep issues, the dryer was broken, the light in our bathroom flickered, there were some small ants crawling around, the curtains had moth holes, the pool was sucking air because it needed more water. We also had the room on the end and it was EXTREMELY loud from the traffic. They also couldn’t accommodate a late checkout which was inconvenient given the way the shuttle to the airport works.

We only stayed 1night here. After a long day of traveling, we didn't wont to go anywhere, so we decided just to eat at The Palms.....WOW so glad we did. From the welcome we received to the Mai Thai and Margarita(no premix to be seen) to the duck pancakes and pork dumplings followed by perfectly cooked Barra and prawn and bug linguine it was an experience definitely worth having.Service *****Drinks *****Food *****Location on the deck just perfect.Wish I'd taken photos.

Due to an unforeseen and unfortunate situation involving canceled flights, this business and staff have been incredibly accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness. Highly recommend staying with and supporting this business.

Bad front desk experience. Had accidentally booked the double/twin room, we were happy to pay extra to have extra large bed room which is perfect. But then we were not able to get in due to the privacy lock, the guy leaded us to go through from the pool side, again, the door was locked. So then they moved us to the room next door which is ok, however, the size of the bed next door is smaller than the one we supposed to have. To sum up, we pay extra dollars for nothing. And front desk lady was not nice and got annoyed by the guests.

My friend and I stayed here a night and it was great! Super friendly staff! Sharon was so helpful and gave us some great suggestions on where to go and dine. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Airlie Beach. Also so close to the Port it makes it extremely easy to get to the whitsundays from here

The rooms were nice and the customer service was great! The receptionist and the manager are really kind and helpful! Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant there as well!

We stayed 2 nights. Really liked the room, decor and facilities. Location has nice views, is quiet and close to Airlie Beach Esplanade.Receptionist was super helpful allocating a ground floor room due to my bad back, and the bed was fantastic.Thank you

Had a great stay here and would stay again.Only a short 15 minute walk to the main street and the lagoon. A short walk to the harbour terminal.Includes a basic breakfast and has two pools which sadly we ran out of time to use.

Great Coffee and food!Staying at an airbnb just around the corner and stopped in on my way to town. Had one of the best coffees in the morning and went back at night for dinner which was great value, and probably one of my best meals in Airlie. Will definitely be back
