If I could give zero stars I would. One of your team members refused to serve my 16 year old daughter (as another staff member helpfully pointed out, she ‘didn’t like the look of her’. After waiting 15 minutes with no service until I (an adult) then walked up, this staff member mouthed an expletive at us as we walked away. Absolutely appalling, and would have been caught on your cameras at 2.30-2.50pm 17/6/23

Ordered a bacon cheese burger and got no bacon. I think my chicken piece was swapped out for a nugget. There should be at least one adult there controlling food quality.

the customer service team member Nathan and Corey was really awesome . the nuggets tasted burned though and looked bad. I don’t believe he made the nuggets as he was serving and handing out and packing, and I did complain. He managed to resolve my issue. I wish he was at my local kfc kallangur.

Chickens were over cooked, very dry, tasted like they kept it for hours. Wasn't able to finish it. Worst kfc that I have had in my life.. and they failed to provide my sauce. Where has that gone to?

Got my order wrong twice. Ordered pepper Mayo slider for both different times and they put barbecue sauce in it which was yuck and gross. Having to stand in long line and wait for my order and then getting my order wrong. Not happy at all. I couldn't return it as I opened the pack later in car as I was travelling.
