I entrusted my newly acquired Greco 1981 Les Paul lawsuit era guitar to mall music. My request was to have it be as it was intended by its Japanese manufacturer. On collecting it I was thrilled to learn it had received the attention of Fess. We chatted for a while as he gave me a new understanding and relationship with my guitar. Just had a 25 yr old Les Paul serviced by the team at Mall Music.The guitar had never been serviced and as very casual player was unsure what to expect...I'm blown away by the result. Guitar sounds and feels incredible and the service was itemised so I could see exactly what had been done, and why.Fantastic service and outcome from the team at Mall Music!

Good selection strings, keyboards & digital pianos. I think they need a better more diverse range of sheet music. It would b good to b able to buy single sheet pieces as opposed to expensive books. You can order anything but the wait is over a month.

Pip helped me get just the right Roland kit, after approximately 34,000 questions from me in person, over the phone, then on email. He then spent a good hour with me a month later taking me through the module, and setting up Ableton to work with it. I mean, Pip doesn't just work for Roland, Pip IS Roland. Finally a music store thats not full of RHCP-loving bros, but some actual knowledge and no hard sell patronising BS. I wish every store had a Pip. 10/10 Mall Music, you rule.

Bought a Roland FP30X keyboard from Mall Music Brookvale in November 2021. Pip was exceptional in his attention to follow up and overall service. His knowledge of keyboards was extensive and this enabled me to come to a quick decision. Delivery was 2-3 weeks and I was very pleased with the quality and performance of the Roland. Pip talked me through the idiosyncrasies on installation and answered my queries promptly. The unpack and set up was straight forward and easy.I connect the keyboard via cable to a speaker to minimise latency. The remote microphone is blue tooth connected to the speaker. My first gig was an informal jazz standards karaoke night with friends. It was a successful night. I detached the keyboard from its stand for transport and set it up at the venue on top of other furniture with little difficulty. The keyboard speakers were adequate to fill the room and the additional standalone speaker supported the microphone and a guitar. The music mix/balance was more than adequate. A good night was had by all.I play a baby grand at home and I must say that the keyboard touch and feel is a close competitor and in many ways a smoother play than the kawai grand. Well done Roland and Mall Music. Another satisfied muso.
