Omg there was a long line of us this Saturday morningThe girls started at 9.30.They worked extremely well together. I was third in line but ended up 5th because of rude people pushing in in front you to get a number...but insaying that the wait was minimal It was the fastest test ive ever had. They were amazing thankyou

Extremely rude staff working here. Today I visit here for some test but old lady who working on reception was treated me extremely rude way. Not only for me,Same as everyone as I saw. Please don’t visit this place.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, friendly nurse and very gentle. The clinic is very clean too. I was very comfortable even though I’ve got a phobia of needles. I will definitely go back there if I need too

Lady said she can not do the blood test because her phone is not working amazing ,she dont know how much are the charges stupid reason not to work very rude and clinical labs have no sanitizers at the place just laziness at its highest point

I have sent below email to their complaints team and manager Carly Dormans. I am posting this publicly to hold them accountable and will update here if I get a response or not.I would give ZERO stars if I could.To Clinical LabsI’m emailing to make a formal complaint. Today the 12/10/2021 I attended the Clinical Labs clinic at 5 Hanson Road Craigieburn VIC 3064.I arrived approximately 12:15pm (during my lunch break) and the clinic was empty. There was no one at reception and no other patients in the waiting room. Around 12:20pm a nurse came out and I told her I was there for a Blood test and ECG. She immediately told me I was at the wrong place and that I had to go next door to another pathology clinic.I advised her that I was certain I was at the right place because my doctor made it clear that I had to go to the “orange building called Clinical labs at 5 Hanson road Craigieburn”I told the nurse that my doctor handed my referral IN PERSON yesterday to reception (as my doctor is located nextdoor at Hanson Road medical centre)The nurse didn’t even bother looking around the reception for my referral. Instead she kept saying there is no referral and that I was at the wrong place.I then called my doctor who confirmed I WAS AT THE CORRECT PLACE!The nurse continued to ignore me and THEN rudely placed a sign at reception saying she is going on lunch break. I said hey you can’t go on break as I got here before your lunch break and my doctor has confirmed I’m at the right place. I asked her for name and she said “why are you going to make a complaint?” I said “yes” she said her name was “Dishani” or something like that. She was not clear and continued to walk out and went on her lunch break!I then had to leave, as my lunch break was over. This has been a HUGE inconvenience for me not to mention HEALTH RISK! I am very concerned about my heart condition and if anything happens to me I will hold her and clinical labs responsible! I now have to book another appointment with the doctor and get another referral and take more time out of work to go back there! I am extremely disappointed in the service received! I will take this up further if no disciplinary action is taken against this “nurse”ElaineSent from my iPhone

I had a pleasant experience there no problems. Had my blood test done quickly and easily

Excellent. Very impressed. No bruising or even the slightest mark left whatsoever after blood test. The gentlemen who drew the blood took the time and effort to first ensure he got the right vein by looking at both arms, and then very efficiently and gently extracted the blood. Did not have to wait that long (but, keep in mind, I was there 8:45 am).

Waiting time depends on the test required. Blood tests have small waiting time and nurse was excellent. No needle mark and 5 tubes of blood taken. Professional service, better than the hospital! I asked for her name but she says she always works there so i am definitely going back.

The staff that they’ve hired to work in this place are collectively appalling. I arrived to ask a simple question and as usual, nobody was sitting in reception. I called out saying ‘hello’ twice to hear women cackling in one of the rooms. I also called multiple times to see if somebody would even care to answer the phones and after the 8th attempt of calling somebody finally answered and came to the front desk after 25 minutes of me waiting there and calling out for assistance. I was greeted by a rude elderly woman who couldn’t even give me an answer to my question, after specifically being asked by my doctor to come to this pathology clinic.Might I also add, I’ve been here TWICE before and both times my samples haven’t been dealt with promptly and have even been LOST.I strongly advise people to not come here as your own samples will probably get lost and chances are they’ll be rude to you too!

Very good experience, the staff was very polite, caring and skilled. They take time explain you things and does not leave me with brushing or any pain. They walk you through aftercare patiently too. The his was so far beat experience I have had with blood test.
