Good dental work but ineffecient admin staff because of which I turn up for my child's appointment only to be told that Medicare funding is finished and that I'm expected to pay out-of-pocket. There's no excuse for waiting for my arrival to be told when they had multiple chances to previously check and inform me.

I hadn’t been to the Dentist in over 5 years because I had had such a bad experience prior.I was very anxious, shaking and so scared as a lot of my teeth are sensitive to hot and cold. The entire staff, right from reception were so caring and kind and took their time explaining everything and stopping when I needed a break. I will never go anywhere else now and feel so much more comfortable seeing the dentist. Thankyou girls for all you do

Dr. Tom Wilkinson is a very good dentist. I had been looking for a good dentist for a long time since I was living in Sydney and finally found a dentist I can rely and trust.
