Had such an amazing experience with Lux hair!There was a mix up with my appointment and they offered me a complimentary service. They still treated me like a paying customer and gave me the best service! Absolutely loved my hair, and they put so much care into it (had the best head massage of my life) and the result was absolutely stunning!!! Staff are so lovely, will 100% be going back.Thank you!!!!

I had booked in for a blow-dry with Ruth this weekend and I can highly recommend. I was a little late to my appointment due to some car problems, however Ruth was super patient with me (and my long hair)! Ruth did an amazing job with styling my hair for an event and I received many compliments :) thank you Ruth for your expertise and patience, you did an amazing job and I really appreciate it!

I purchased some products from their website two weeks ago but still not received any thing until now( send me a fake shipment info few days ago after I said I will report to ACCC)And they never explain to me except few auto reply emails. Can’t believe.

This is regarding the online store only. Just be careful if you are ordering as the communication is very, very poor as I’ve seen others review. I’ve tried emailing every week since April and hardly received and replies, I needed to do a return and even offered to do an exchange so it was easier for them and they told me to go to the post office and do “return to sender” even tho the website states they will provide a return label. I receive plenty of auto emails about reviews and reordering but nothing from them directly. The communication for shipping was also very delayed… I see on google and the Shop App that I’m not alone in this experience. I hate writing bad reviews but 3 months of waiting for a proper response isn’t great
