Called these guys at 6.00am to get a delivery before 9am. The delivery was done by 8.30am and the driver (Andrew) was one of the first delivery drivers I've encountered with proper customer service and has real common sense. Been in the industry for a long time and 90% of the drivers don't think properly and has issues with their morning attitudes. You guys got a customer for life. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Rang initially for some advice and the lady was so helpful. Rang back and spoke to Tom a few days later to put in an order for soil underlay . Driver arrived and asked me where I wanted the Bulka Bags - went out of his way to makes sure they were placed in an ideal position and safely might I add. Only suggestion I have - can you please provide the labour to move the soil round the back!!! I now have muscles in my spit! Lol.Just ordered two more tonnes of soil, spoke to Tom again and despite that fact they seemed under the pump - his helpful nature and friendly nature made my day. Will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and ordering my supplies from here in the future. Keep up the great work Team.

horrible customer service. I wanted to get some recommendations on what to use for garden edging, the guy said they dont recommend anything, its a personal choice. he sais what if I recommended you something and you dont like it then you will come back and complain. I mentioned, i am new to this so what are you suggestions I won't take it personally and i want an idea. he said no, as i said i dont recommend anything cuz its not my house. I mentioned I just need an idea he said then google it.This is horrible. very bad customer service.....

Big business with very bad customer service more expensive than others too, we paid them upfront but they delivered the wrong order we told them its wrong they say deal with it. Very bad attitude. We had to move it away on our cost.

I have ordered products in the past and always good service. This time ordered a cubic metre of woodchip and when was delivered it looked a little light. Only 5 barrow loads using a 100L barrow. Rang to complain and told that there is no way it would have been light. My advice is to take a photo when delivered or you might get ripped off like I did.

Great Garden Soil. Good price. There was a Mix up on quantity somehow, an extra ton ordered. I Wondered why it was more than originally quoted. It was Lucky because the extra quantity was needed. I am happy with the soil and would recommend it to others.
