I can't comment on the cafe but do not fall for the appearance of the premium chocolate products. The chocolate is only a marginal improvement on mainstream brands like Cadbury and Lindt. The exuberant price of their products just does not match up to the quality. If you are tight on money do not waste it here you will regret it.

Very nice place to indulge your sweet tooth cravings . We love the place,the service was excellent. Today the waiter Yoshi was very professional,incredibly polite and welcoming.The hot belgian chocolate was amazing as well as the cappuccino.We enjoyed the hot panini sandwiches ( roasr beef and chicken and avo)and the sweets were yumm.Highly recommend to pop by and treat yourself a fabulous chocolate decadence and memorable experience.

I've previously had the chocolate gifted to me from Koko Black and jt was really nice :D you don't often get unique kinds of chocolate in the regular supermarket and this company provides it.I visited on Easter Saturday where it was very busy, bustling with many people and I sat down to have a hot chocolate. It was great and I loved the dark chocolate design on top, it had great consistency and I just liked it overall.However the couches were ripped and felt a bit uncomfortable and the menu I had,, had a thing taped onto it which was a tad strange (but I'm kind of nitpicking here)Would love to see seasonal drinks perhaps.

Their hot chocolate is usually insane, however this time was light and mehh!!Inside decoration is ok not super wow but nice. Menus are not being attended to and are dirty.But what really turned me off from indoor dining is they make you pay first before they serve you, ughh.

Great food and venue, the reason I haven’t given a higher score is due the chatty staff during my visit having a congregation at one of the back tables. It was around 7:30pm so close to closing time, but it was out in the open, they were louder than the customers dining and a few curse words being used which in my opinion is unacceptable and unprofessional. Have your staff conversation behind closed doors!The waffles and hot chocolate were nice, maybe a little on the top sweet side.

The chocolate is really rich and great in taste as what it was famous for. But we didn't expect their vanilla ice cream is great as well. Definitely worth the visit

The Koko Black is both a shop and a cafe, selling their chocolates as well as being able to sit in and enjoy the food there. It was quite busy and there was a fairly big line so we ended up just getting takeaway instead. I got an ice chocolate and that was quite nice. nice chocolatey drink with a scoop of ice cream. It did surprisingly take a while to get though, a bit longer than my friend who ordered a hot chocolate. A bit pricier than other places but the flavours are quite unique and more complex.

An amazing selection of chocolates, dessert and iced drinks. Would highly recommend avoiding hot drinks, and even ordering takeaway where possible. Unfortunately the ambience and noise in the cafe is unbearable. It's very clear that staff do not know how to froth milk with a steam wand. The never-ending shrill from the coffee machine makes your eyes twitch and it is extremely difficult to have a conversation with someone at your table.

Great coffee and chocolate, however for some reason chocolate chiffon cake is served half it’s previous serving size for the same price for the last two weeks. Also you cannot get a slice of this cake in room temperature despite being displayed. You’ll be offend one from the fridge or warmed up. I’ve been a long time customer of Coco Black and have to say it is disappointing to see it becoming commercial not customer’s oriented place. Coco Black please go back to the pleasant customer’s focus place. Sorry, I had to say that but I wouldn’t want it to disappear due to lack of care about customer service.
